Returns policy

All our products are handmade to order once made no return will be offered on these custom made products. However should the product arrive in a less than perfect condition please email us and are customer service will resolve the issue by refund or exchange. This will be dealt with at our discretion and we reserve the right to do. Defective or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund on the item. The Return product must be in all original packaging and be pre authorized by the seller. We cannot offer a refund on a product that has been misused and damage as a result off.

All of our items that are dispatched are sent by My Hermes standard delivery option. 

​

Once the items have been signed for, in the unlikely case that the item is faulty and  you wish to return your item, all items must be returned in the original packaging and condition they were dispatched. We allow 5 working days for the items to arrive back to us. We do ask that an email is sent to us with all the relevant information regarding your order, also a written document with all the  relevant information placed inside the returning package as to the reasons why they were returned.  No refunds shall be given until we have received the returned item and have checked its condition for any damage.
